I grew up in the Cariboo and did my first year of university locally at UCC (now TRU) before transferring to Kamloops for another 3 years of study in Animal Biology. I attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and graduated in 2004. I returned to BC and locumed around the province for about 1.5 years. I realized how much this beautiful area has to offer and returned to start my own practice. I have practiced in Williams Lake and 100 Mile House since 2005.
I use a variety of treatment techniques from soft tissue massage and stretching to joint mobilizations and adjustments, as well as advising patients on exercises, nutrition and ergonomics at home and work. I love my family practice that includes treating a wide variety of patients with a spectrum of health goals; everyone from infants to pregnant moms, people who want to further their fitness goals, to the elderly with mobility issues. I find collaborating with other health care practitioners very important in optimizing the help that we can provide people and am very excited about building a team of like-minded practitioners, both in our clinics and in our communities.

* whiplash
* arthritis
