I grew up in the Cariboo and did my first year of university locally at UCC (now TRU) before transferring to Kamloops for another 3 years of study in Animal Biology.  I attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and graduated in 2004.  I returned to BC and locumed around the province for about 1.5 years. I realized how much this beautiful area has to offer and returned to start my own practice.  I have practiced in Williams Lake and 100 Mile House since 2005.

I use a variety of treatment techniques from soft tissue massage and stretching to joint mobilizations and adjustments, as well as advising patients on exercises, nutrition and ergonomics at home and work.  I love my family practice that includes treating a wide variety of patients with a spectrum of health goals; everyone from infants to pregnant moms, people who want to further their fitness goals, to the elderly with mobility issues.  I find collaborating with other health care practitioners very important in optimizing the help that we can provide people and am very excited about building a team of like-minded practitioners, both in our clinics and in our communities.

Chiropractic treatment uses soft tissue therapy and joint mobilizations or adjustments to help release muscles, joints, and nerves.  It can facilitate healing in a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including:

                      *headache

* back, neck, or joint injuries (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, foot)

* whiplash

* arthritis

* repetitive strain/sprain injuries

* carpal tunnel

* thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS)

* tennis elbow

* golfer's elbow

* ankle sprain/strain injuries

* ITB syndrome
